It’s Friday!!
Margs and Mexican tonight, walking the Highline tomorrow and some Yoga to the People, lunch out and trying out a new church on Sunday. I’m trying to soak up these last few summer weekends in NYC before I head to cville for a week and then home for a week. Where did the summer go?!
This week’s Q&A is all about protein powder, thriving on a plant based diet and how I approach grocery shopping + Sunday meal prep while on a budget.I also realized after watching the video that I answered the plant based diet question as if she asked why she was feeling tired eating plant based and really the question was about feeling hungry and unsatisfied on a plant based diet. I think the better question to ask though is WHY you are eating a plant based diet. Are you motivations healthy?
